Alex worked alongside BigChange’s founder and CEO Martin Port to build and scale BigChange from scratch, building an award winning marketing team and bringing together a carefully crafted mix of fast-growth strategies and tactics. From the first subscriber through to the 50,000th, BigChange grew rapidly and organically by providing a great product, backed by great service. And one of the keys to success was having a single-minded brand proposition that focused on simplicity and clear messaging, instead of the complex techno-babble that’s so common place in the IT industry.
